Platform Description FacilionGlobal, operated by Facilion Health GmbH, is a B2B platform supporting international business expansion in healthcare and related industries through three integrated modules: - FIND: Identify markets, discover potential business partners, and evaluate business opportunities. - BUILD: Structure and coordinate international expansion projects, partnerships, and market entry activities. - MANAGE: Manage business partners, projects, documents, activities, and performance within one platform. FacilionGlobal provides digital tools and networking opportunities but does not guarantee business results, successful partnerships, or market entry. 3. Memberships & Payments - Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually according to the selected plan. - Features and access depend on the purchased package. - Payments may be processed securely through third-party payment providers, including Stripe. - Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. - Additional services, custom projects, and enterprise solutions may be subject to separate agreements. 4. User Responsibilities Users agree to: - Provide accurate and up-to-date company information. - Use the platform exclusively for legitimate B2B activities. - Respect confidentiality, intellectual property rights, and applicable regulations. - Avoid spam, misleading information, unauthorized access, or misuse of platform features. - Remain responsible for their business decisions, partnerships, agreements, and regulatory compliance. 5. Data & Confidentiality Users retain ownership of their uploaded business information and documents. FacilionGlobal processes platform data to provide its services in accordance with its Privacy Policy. Users are responsible for managing the information they share with other platform participants. 6. Limitation of Liability Facilion Health GmbH does not guarantee the accuracy of third-party information, partner suitability, commercial outcomes, or uninterrupted platform availability. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Facilion Health GmbH is not liable for losses arising from business decisions, partnerships, or activities conducted through the platform. 7.
