Memberships & Payments - Memberships are billed annually or monthly as selected - Launch pricing applies for the first year as advertised at time of registration - Payments are processed securely via Stripe - Cancellations must be submitted before the renewal date 4. User Responsibilities - Provide accurate and truthful company information - Use the platform only for legitimate B2B business purposes - Not engage in spamming, harassment, or misuse of the messaging system 5. Limitation of Liability Facilion Health GmbH is not liable for business outcomes resulting from connections made on the platform. 6. Governing Law These terms are governed by Swiss law. 7.
